I recently tried the 7.5” x 6” white ceramic baking dish, and it's become a kitchen favorite! I wish I bought this sooner!!!

Initially hesitant to drop $80 on a ceramic baking dish due to some of the reviews that mentioned cracking after one use-- but OH MAN, I'm so glad that I did. This dish has been a God-send. Did I buy this dish for the specific use of making crustless quiche? Maybe. But I can see more casseroles in my future thanks to this baking dish! Heck, I might even just bake a bread in it... my only regret is only buying this one dish as a standalone, and not in a set :(Quality of this product is amazing and I am looking forward to baking more items with it!

Matte Finish is Disappointing

I am disappointed with the black matte finish on these baking dishes. It scratches ever so easily. To spend almost $200 dollars for this set, and have them look terrible is disheartening. I was told from a Crate & Barrel staff member to use Bartender’s Friend to remove the scratches, but I’m not a fan of using chemicals on surfaces that come into contact with food. My advice is to buy the enamelled baking pans.

Not Scratch Resistant as Advertised

I picked these up last month and finally washed and used them for the first time tonight. The C&B site says scratch resistant. I know that can mean caution may still be needed with use. However, the box says "scratch proof" which made me relax a little. Well, both claims are completely false. After one use, the inside has many scratches. I will be returning asap.

Perfect dish for many uses

This is an excellent baking dish for all kinds of things! The stoneware material distributes heats evenly, and my convection oven s helps out as well so there are no hot spots in casserole or lasagna. I also used this pan to finish a reverse sear prime rib roast. Fantastic! And clean up was a breeze too!

Perfect for one person meals

I love this Staub ceramic dish. Due to my husband’s ever changing work schedule, I am often left to prepare meals for just myself when I get home from work in the evening. This 7.5 x 6” ceramic dish is the perfect size to do that. I am able to make Easy, quick & delicious homemade meals for one perfectly in this dish. Cleaning is incredibly easy also. I highly recommend this Staub ceramic baking dish.

The Staub 13 x 9 baker is perfect for any baking need, but what I love the most is that it is so beautiful I can serve from the table! Lasagna fir a Saturday evening dinner with friends? Right on the table. Chicken casserole for family? Right on the table! Unlike my glass bakers, which are discolored after years of use, no matter what I use to clean them, my Staub baker is always lovely. The quality and heft of the dish is super. I highly recommend all Staub oroducts!

Worth every penny! I truly had no need to buy a new set of bakeware, since I’ve had my trusty Pyrex set for a long time. However I saw that there was a great deal available for these gorgeous blue dishes and I couldn’t help myself. They are gorgeous! The shipping was quick and I was able to track everything via UPS. Everything was boxed up very carefully which I definitely appreciate. I put everything through the dishwasher and they came out great! I actually used a baking dish earlier today to make a set of brownies for My office and everything came out delicious and very beautiful. I cannot wait to add more stop bakeware pieces to my collection.

I like this product because first of all, it is easy to wash. After baking, it gets pretty hard to take off the dirt and leftover from other brands but the Staub baking pan I got is very easy to clean. Second is that, even if you have used it so many times, the color of the product does not fade and lastly, the quality is good because the food that you bake comes out perfectly and cooked evenly.
