This set covers every baking job you can think of. The pieces go from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. They also can be used in the microwave and are dishwasher safe. The ceramic will not absorb moisture, heats and retains heat exceptionally. I love that one piece is covered.
Love how they store so easily. The protective removable silicone rims are an excellent addition to protect each piece from scratching while in storage. Beautiful colour (cherry). They are on the small side which is perfect for someone who is single or a couple - definitely not big enough for a family. I ordered this set using my RBC Rewards Points. The only disappointment was the fact that the set I received had a skillet and not a grill, I was expecting a grill. I would return it if I could and exchange it for a set that has a grill. I really wanted a grill.
