Bought this frying pan on the base of quality AND not disappointed. I have followed the instruction given in specifications and have now had frying for some weeks, using it regularily, the pan is a joy to use.

I was so excited about this pan because it from very good brand and having all nice features like weight, coating, size and lovely colour. However, I've had to return it back and asked for a refund as it won't come clean whatsoever you try. After first few usage it started building grease/residue on inner surface and from that point I was not able clean (no matter how hard you try). Tried all possible ways like hot water, hot water + baking soda, professional cleaning cream etc. but no luck !

Second, if the pan is very hot before you put meat in then it doesn't stick (plus you get a lovely browned seal on the outside). One final positive is that it is very economical with energy - once the pan is hot, you ... MoreI was surprised by just how heavy this pan is, it's definitely not one for teaching kids how to cook with - broken toes or floor tiles seem likely...
