This is OK for what it is and the price point. Its not high quality, but its on the better end of cheap. something which baffled me was the fact the holes for the bolts are so very very close to the main hole of the flap. its not necessary and if you are installing this in a less-than-solid-door, the 3-4 mm gap simply does not leave enough room for inaccuracy and the bolt holes slip into the main cut out. overall it does what its meant to, but only good enough to warrant a (generous) 4 stars. on a separate note our dog doesn't like it, but i think thats a review of the dog not the door. Over all he can use it fine when he wants to. 1 year old Lab.

Fitted this to a upvc door template a great help. Cut out via a jigsaw. Recommend using all six bolts that are supplied. Very solid construction and well made easy to install. This product has a sliding panel when not in use.. the only let down I feel is that it would have benefited from having a more secure locking system as with the average cat flap. But other than that a really great item and value for money.

It is a very good value for what it is, and easy to fit. But guide included is slightly too big (well I can only comment on the large door) Fortunately the plastic surround hides it. I did buy another for another door, and again if I followed the guide cut out it's too big! I held the door in place and marked inside where I needed to cut.
