First time solid door closure inserted found the pet door in pieces. Dog had examined pet door, bitten off top bar, removed solid lock and left house. Ok for cats, not strong enough for dogs.

Having had a previous dog flap, we felt that we needed a fully working one for our new 3 year old rescued dog. This one was easy to install and could be used by our dog to exit from day one. Coming back inside took a further week and lots of treats/practice. He now has almost unrestricted access to the garden, but we have to be diligent to catch and dry him during the wet weather as he tends to come in wet and dirty.

There is an unsightly gap between the door and the flap frame at the top where the sliding security slide goes and there is no means of securing the slide to keep the gap covered. The security slide was nowhere mentioned in the fitting instructions and also no mention of the included magnetic collar key and what it does.
This was a replacement unit for the one we had and very happy with the results. Easy to install and looks great.
This door is terrible on all counts. Earsplittingly loud for no reason. Looks awful/incomplete once installed.
The price was good and it was straightforward to fit.However the exposed screws and gap where the security slide went made for a shoddy looking installation.the smaller sizes are probably fine
This is a great product, the first one I purchased lasted 15 years of constant use.
this door is terrible to install and once its all come together you are left with exposed screws on the inside of the door with no plate to cover these, pictures do no show this. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
Was pretty good to fit , instructions weren't too bad , I ha d fitted one the same brand before. Works good 1 dog was unsure of it for a little while ,think it was the noise of it shutting after the other dog going through. but he's good now.
