Bought this commercial steam cleaner, issues with steam not flowing properly, then broke down. We have also had 3 jet washers and the lance on them continually breaks so you cant see display. We are just about to get our steam cleaner fixed for a second time. WOULD NEVER BUY KARCHER PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!
This thing just lacks the power necessary to do a professional job at semiprofessional at best. Its a rather plasticky offering in comparison to some of the truly professional units out there and I honestly dont feel its worth the extortionate asking price. I was lucky enough to get to use a friends one a few moments after losing a bid for another one and Im glad I didnt win now... Lucky escape.
The pump that moves the water from the tank to the boiler is a weak point on these units.The first time it lasted about 2 hours of use before it no longer pumped water. The relay would click, but no pump.After 3 weeks to repair the second time lasted about 5 hours of use before the pump failed again.When this happens the unit thinks it still has water so it keeps the boiler on, which then boils dry because it hasn't pumped any water into it.Save your time - buy something else that works.

looking at the reviews I've made a poor decision here, I bought two of these and the first one has already given up after 6 months, we use the steam cleaner on a daily basis, previous cheaper brand of steam cleaners have lasted us 2 years of rugged use where this went after 6 months, the cheaper brand is a third of the price of what this was and I know will last 4 times as long. Buy cheap buy twice does not apply in this instance.
