Amazing!!! Best purchase of my life. It has improved my life and relationship. I can finally play all my games at work and while commuting on the train. Plus play games on the lounge while some dumb woke tv series the misses is watching is on. Tip though, when she express how good a female actress or director is just agree and say she needs to win an award. Else you will lose game time, I learnt the hard way.

Store very reliable, kept contact with me through the guidelines. Arrived very well packed. The equipment surprised me, really is very powerful, lapped well all games that tested so far, and is. Monster to emulation!

Gotta be honest - was expecting this to be pre owned, but it came with the Valve seal - all appears to be brand new and legit. Anticipated needing a different USB C charger due to it being an international model but they provided an aus power adaptor. Rea
Game on the go, or in my use case, game anywhere in the house. Be aware though: Battery runs out quickly, not all games are supported, you need to be tech savvy enough to do linux (if you are, it will open up more of the things why the steam deck is soo good), very limited performance (don't expect all new AAA games can be run). If your choice of games lately are indie, or less graphics intensive games, this is something you should seriously consider. Buying from mighty ape, does guarantee "some" local warranty options ("based on their listing"), compared to risking importing this yourself.
Amazing. Love it. Use it daily. Perfect. Auspost had issues and was delayed with no updates or reason for a long time until techtack followed up for me and got results.
I was quite hesitant to buy the steam deck due to how expensive it is in NZ and that for the same price you can build a very capable gaming pc. When I saw it was on sale on mightyape I decided to try it out. It takes some time to get used to especially if you haven’t played around with the linux operating system before. Half of the games I wanted to play work on it and the other either don’t work or have lots of complications to get them to work. I do enjoy the steam deck but I recommend buying it if you are tech savvy otherwise you might struggle a-lot with some aspects of it.
Super good if you want portable pc gaming. Can do so much more than just play steam games. Build quality is great, feels super sturdy. Haptic feedback on the touchpads is super precise and reactive. Very happy with my purchase
It's almost exactly what I expected though I wasn't aware that the trackpads had haptic feedback as well which is cool. It took a couple of days for me to properly understand the nature of the Steam "verification" ecosystem. For some games that haven't been properly verfied (yellow), there are definite work arounds or it's a very minor issue like; some of the UI doesn't properly fit or scale to the custom resolution of the screen in Grim Dawn for example. Otherwise it works brilliantly. There's also a very densely populated and enthusiastic community out there of Deck owners who have posted detailed guides on how to run just about almost any game you could think of, though there are definite exceptions. This also includes some very helpful coding guides on how to install mods for games like Fallout: New Vegas for example, something I will try in the near future. It is relatively "powerful" for such a device, though obvious caveats apply of course, a good example being that in order for Hogwarts to run stably, they had to have the graphical settings nuked by default. Though, this being a handheld PC you can just push up the settings and give yourself a nice portable heater if you wish, at probably no more than 10 fps. It's a great device, god knows why they took so bloody long to release it here but i'm glad they did and I finally have one.
