Not everyone will like the limited mouse space if you really do play hardcore. Get the large. But I'd also like to point out the main photo isn't accurate. It doesn't say 'steelseries' on the mousepad itself.Back: covered with many small Steelseries logos, very grippy. This will not budge while you use it.Side: No stiched edging, whether you like that or not.Front: Good control and glide (slightly angled towards glide).Material: Durable, will last years, I'm sure. I've seen this mousepad last years for other people before as well. You could get a Razer mousepad at this price, but you'll get a more sturdy product at this price with this mousepad.

I got this for $80, down from $100. Good deal. I gave four stars because I just happen to be on my knees, looked at the back of the shelf and found it shoved in the way back mixed with steel series gear. It had no pricing tag on the shelf, it was marked as new but, it had tape holding the box together and you could tell it was an open box item. Not good best buy!Pros: Well built and sturdy. Long braided cable. Scroll wheel is sturdy and very nice material. Great battery life. The best I have seen so far. It can be used as wired or wireless. It has rgb lighting. Scroll wheel, sides and alienware head. Easu tp set up but, I had to go on youtube at first to figure some things out.Cons: Not for everyone especially those with small hands. I do miss the days of instruction manuals.... Last thing, you will have to get use to this mouse. Shape, weight etc. But, once you set this up with the alienware software you are good to go.It goes well with my alienware laptop. This is my first mouse that isn't a Razer or Logitech so, we will see. Oh, to Best Biuy, add the glorious gaming mice model o/-o wired/wireless to your store inventory! I am looking for a lightweight quality FPS mouse that doesn't cost over a $100 !!! Check out the reviews on these mice.

The QcK is one of the best mousepads of all time. There's a reason why SteelSeries has sold over 10 million of them. I purchased my first one in 2007 after a friend of mine recommended it to me. I still have it and still use it almost every day at work. After it started to exhibit some issues with the rubber underneath it after many thousands of hours of usage, I demoted it to work usage and replaced it with another in around 2012-2013 and used the newer one for about 7 years and still use it for my laptop. The newest versions have a different logo (they no longer say SteelSeries under the logo), and the rubber backing is a little more rigid than the old versions I have from 2007 and 2012-2013. As such, it does take some time for it to lay flat after unboxing it. ... MoreThe QcK is one of the best mousepads of all time. There's a reason why SteelSeries has sold over 10 million of them. The surface is very smooth and feels like it will last as long as my older models. In terms of feel and performance, the QcK leans more toward the control side than being a speed pad. I tend to use a slightly higher DPI for gaming and prefer a bit of control to my pads. If you want something speedier, I'd recommend the Razer Gigantus V2 or the Razer Goliathus Speed. I tried the QcK hard pad, but found it too fast to control reliably. For the price, you can't go wrong with the old tried and true QcK.

Purchased the SteelSeries Qck Gaming Mouse Pad for our second desktop PC. It was relatively easy to flatten up (put a heavy book over it for a couple hours) and use. Mouse pad material is relatively smooth and snag-free. However, it is a bit thin in thickness and durability over the long run may be questionable. But for the price it's not bad at all.
Texture is terrible. I got this one for my gf because she was just using like a plastic tablemat for a mousepad, so I thought that I was doing her a FAVOR by buying this one. I thought it was similar to the good one that I still have, which is a large Qck (EDGE!) mousepad. I got it like a year and a half ago so I am not sure if I'd recommend buying one of those now, because maybe they switched up the materials they used now for qck pads or they just changed it for the non-Edge ones, I don't know.I gave this two stars because while it's not for me, it's a good option for people who want to hate themselves every time they accidentally touch their mousepad with their hands. It's not even a cost effective mouse pad, it's like 5 or 10 bucks cheaper than nice ... MoreTexture is terrible. Exactly what my review title says. Note that I'm not much of a gamer or anything, so I'm pretty naive to what people look for in a mousepad..... but that's why I got this cheap one so....Up until recently, I just used my laptop touchpad. I started playing Among Us and wanted a mouse to do tasks quicker haha so I bought an awesome light-up mouse through FB marketplace. I have a desk with kind of a 'slippery' surface so I definitely needed a mousepad to prevent from sending my mouse flying off the desk!I wanted a mousepad that was larger than the usual ones you get for free. I gave 4 so that people who are looking for reviews that are not 5 can see the 'cons'.
I actually had to return this because I was looking for a longer mousepad. However, the material was really nice. It seemed more durable than ones I’ve bought off Amazon. The brief moment we used it, the mouse was able to glide over it perfectly. We did like it, I wanted to keep it. My husband told me it wasn’t what we wanted as we needed a larger mousepad. But would definitely recommend.
Great mouse pad. Comes rolled up, but will flatten out within 24hrs. Easily cleaned with a lint roller and wet-wipe. Can be deeper cleaned, just search online.Great for gaming with newer mice that have slick "feet." Just as great for normal office use.
If you are looking for a good, inexpensive 'gaming' mousepad, this is definitely worth picking up. However, despite my rating on this product, I cannot say that it is exactly what I'd like. Though, of course, that doesn't mean it's a bad product. Rather, for me, it's simply too grippy. Granted, it's not excessively grippy and is certainly useable, but I will soon be replacing it with an Artisan Raiden. Again, if you need a good, inexpensive mousepad and don't care too much about how grippy of fast it is, this will be perfect for you.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this mouse pad worked out for me. It's very smooth and feels great on my lower palm. I really like its size. It's about 11" x 12" which is plenty of space for my needs and provides enough wiggle room when I move back or forth at the computer desk. I especially like the amazing accuracy of movements accomplished with my mouse on this mouse pad. I own a 1,000 dpi Logitech M510 mouse and I immediately noticed the improvement when I replaced my old standard small mouse pad with this one. Mouse movements are smoother, and more accurate so I'm more productive. I don't do any gaming, but this mouse pad is great for everyday use like it has proved in my case. I would highly recommend it to anyone, both gamers and everyday users.
