This review is actually for the Trunk version. I initially ordered 6 Boxer Briefs, and as a first time user, I didn’t know what to expect. The quality on these are great- smooth, comfortable, and feels like the fabric will be long-lasting. I ended up switching these for trunks, as the boxer briefs seemed to have a longer inseam than I had imagined. I know they say 6” but I felt they were a little longer. Also, I’m 6’1” and 175lbs, and my quads aren’t really my strongest part of my body.I would definitely suggest the trunks if you are on the slimmer side. Definitely would suggest to size up. Lastly, I wanted to commend the customer service- they were real helpful in the swap and ease of the exchange process.

My meat-and-two have been thoroughly unirritated by bunching today/yesterday, and here's zero discomfort betwixt my thighs. Neither do I feel uncomfortably damp after my outing today and even yesterday after my cycle I felt happy to chore without changing.Finally, there's the girlfriend: she *thoroughly* approves of both the aesthetics and the feel, and both encouraged and assisted in a replacement of my top draw. These are not your typical cotton blend, but a softer, lighter, smoother material. Very pleasant.I cannot comment on how long they last, having only just bought them, and having no experience in the anti-chaffe material betwixt ones thighs where I usually wear through my undies. If I get six months out of the items that will now fill my drawer then, on sale, these will cost about the same as my OTA subscription boxers and have wildly out-performed them. If they last longer, I'll be very happy. If they last less, ... it'll depends how much more quickly they wear out I guess. At £20 a pair though, I'd want them to last at least a year, if not two. Time will tell...

Absolutely LOVE Step One undies. SUPER comfortable, durable, great colors and designs, look great. I now have about 18 pair, and slowly replacing my entire wardrobe of undies with Step One. I am a guy after all, so I keep underwear until they are so threadbare they could pass for fishnet. So far none of that happening with Step One. Even my oldest pair (about a year old now) still look as good as the day they arrived. And the best part...the pouch in front takes GREAT care of the boys! The ONLY downside of Step One is they are spendy. But watch for discounts and deals, they offer them frequently. And as I previously mentioned, I'll have these for literally years. The boxers fit like children’s underwear, I normally wear a medium, I ordered large, the smallest size that would fit is a XXL. I contacted them for a refund and they refused. It’s not my fault that they have no idea what they’re doing and cannot provide customers proper sizing instructions or a proper sizing chart. Disputing the charges with my credit card company regardless, they’re not very bright over at step one.Update: I don’t care about your policy, I don’t care about anything that you have to say except here is your full refund because we misled you into purchasing a product 3 sizes too small. I can’t do anything with these micro size underwear except throw them in the trash but I am not going to be held responsible because of your incompetence. Issue a full refund, I am in the process of opening a case with the state of Florida as after further reading reviews, there are TONS of complaints saying the same thing, your sizing is WAY off, you then don’t offer refunds. You are misleading the people and ripping them off. You reached the wrong person to mess with today.

The Medium I got was for sure too tight on my stocky man thighs — like a compression short. So, I moved up to the large that fit much more comfortably. I've given up on trying to find a brand that don't ride up. StepOne's ride up often — I'm constantly adjusting when I'm wearing any pant or short, especially if I'm doing any amount of walking. This was true of both the Medium and the Large sizes I've tried, although with the Large being slightly looser (they loosen up as the day progresses), the ride up is a bit more pronounced.I do love the variety of designs and color combos. They all look great on me — comfy, sexy, stylish, fun.

This is a great product for plus size people who might suffer from tops of legs/thigh area rubbing together and chaffing to make 5he area very sore. This product eliminates that issue and I bekieve those areas are made of bamboo…the moisture around the testicles is catered for by a pats h cupped underNeath too…it makes walking a pleasant thing again. I used to be putting so much talc powder down there, everything was powder white…I got the,brief that was suitable for thicker legs cos when you gain weight, it goes on at the inside tops of thighs.I bought one pair and quickly bought three more. I am smiling again after having endured sores from chaffing…no more! 3 new pairs ripped in 3 months out of 10 pairs

Comfortable but ultimately not durable. Sometimes they have cool designs. I had a holiday over to Europe for 3 months took 10 brand new pairs. To be fair I did a lot of walking. However despite being brand new 3 pairs ripped near the seams always in the bamboo parts. They are not a hardy product. I think they would be much better if they gave up on the idea of bamboo and went for a traditional material like cotton which seems to be much hardier. Its a shame i want to like them but they represent very bad value for money i wouldn't have expected any of the pairs to break so easily but as stated i had 3. Otherwise I like the anti chafe feature, however the lycra panels do a good job at that tho they end up fraying a bit and they don't breathe so your privates get ... MoreComfortable but ultimately not durable. I think they could be much better than they are if just swap bamboo for cotton, also they are already about 4 or 5 times the cost of bonds cotton underware which aren't shaped as nice and don't have an anti chafing feature, however bonds will last much longer as the cotton is much more durable.

Hesitant but pleasantly surprised.

Been struggling to convince my self to buy something other than the Australian staple underwear brand. How much better could the alternatives really be. Just underwear right?Well finally decided to finally try some stepone's.They are super comfy over the trunks i use to be wearing. Don't get that uncomfortable feeling when walking in hot weather. They stay where they are supposed to, and i feel soo much dryer and cooler.Took quite awhile to recieve them, but put that down to the time of the year.Still early days, but so far, I would recommend people give them a go.

These only last 6 months

Yes, they are comfortable. Yes, they are grand at stopping chaffing. But sadly the quality stops there. Holes after 6 months on 3 of the 5 pairs bought, 4 out of the previous 5 pairs - thats 7 out of 10, which says poor quality.I emailed about 3 pairs, which I purchased, the others were gifts - was offered 1 replacement pair "as a gesture of goodwill" because they dont cover wear and tear etc. No accountability for quality of material supplied. At the price point, you would expect high quality, but this is not the case. Sadly, this can also be referenced in multiple other reviews. And just so I am clear - if this review had taken place before 6 months of owning them - it would have been 5 stars.
