Okay guys here it is. I am a big guy, 5x to 6x depending on the style of clothes and the type of material used. It's very hard to find comfortable clothes. I am extremely amazed at the comfort and fit of this underwear. Like you i was skeptical about all the bs and things you here about how good everything is. Well i can tell you honestly and openly that this underwear is better than what i expected. Great quality, comfortable and stretches in all the right places. Yes, i totally recommend them. Cut to the chase buy them you will not be disappointed.

I would note up-front that, while normally a Large, these were a touch too small and uncomfortable, so I returned and swapped for XL, and these serve as a *slightly* looser pair than my normal fodder (detailed within). Neither do I feel uncomfortably damp after my outing today and even yesterday after my cycle I felt happy to chore without changing.Finally, there's the girlfriend: she *thoroughly* approves of both the aesthetics and the feel, and both encouraged and assisted in a replacement of my top draw. These are not your typical cotton blend, but a softer, lighter, smoother material. Very pleasant.I cannot comment on how long they last, having only just bought them, and having no experience in the anti-chaffe material betwixt ones thighs where I usually wear through my undies. If I get six months out of the items that will now fill my drawer then, on sale, these will cost about the same as my OTA subscription boxers and have wildly out-performed them. If they last longer, I'll be very happy. If they last less, ... it'll depends how much more quickly they wear out I guess. At £20 a pair though, I'd want them to last at least a year, if not two. Time will tell...

Absolutely LOVE Step One undies. SUPER comfortable, durable, great colors and designs, look great. I now have about 18 pair, and slowly replacing my entire wardrobe of undies with Step One. I am a guy after all, so I keep underwear until they are so threadbare they could pass for fishnet. So far none of that happening with Step One. Even my oldest pair (about a year old now) still look as good as the day they arrived. And the best part...the pouch in front takes GREAT care of the boys! The ONLY downside of Step One is they are spendy. But watch for discounts and deals, they offer them frequently. And as I previously mentioned, I'll have these for literally years. This clear let’s you know they don’t care about clients or client retention, they know the product is crap and know you won’t buy again. The only thing good about this brand is the marketing team. Disputing the charges with my credit card company regardless, they’re not very bright over at step one.Update: I don’t care about your policy, I don’t care about anything that you have to say except here is your full refund because we misled you into purchasing a product 3 sizes too small. I can’t do anything with these micro size underwear except throw them in the trash but I am not going to be held responsible because of your incompetence. Issue a full refund, I am in the process of opening a case with the state of Florida as after further reading reviews, there are TONS of complaints saying the same thing, your sizing is WAY off, you then don’t offer refunds. You are misleading the people and ripping them off. You reached the wrong person to mess with today.

New fancy undies: great on a hanger, torture device on thighs. 2XL? More like 2XS. Rugby build (me) meets fashion sizing (not me). Advice for my athletically built mates: size up 2X or embrace the sausage casing look. For reference, I usually wear XL just fine... Update on Returns: The return process is convoluted. You'll have to take pictures of the product, the product label, and the bag the unopened pair resides in (assuming you didn't try them on either). You'll be paying the return shipping fees, as well. All in all, it's been a disappointing experience, and it'll just be easier to continue to buy off Amazon (and for the record I hate saying that).

This product eliminates that issue and I bekieve those areas are made of bamboo…the moisture around the testicles is catered for by a pats h cupped underNeath too…it makes walking a pleasant thing again. I used to be putting so much talc powder down there, everything was powder white…I got the,brief that was suitable for thicker legs cos when you gain weight, it goes on at the inside tops of thighs.I bought one pair and quickly bought three more. I am smiling again after having endured sores from chaffing…no more! Most comfortable undies I've ever had, terrible quality though.

I have been wearing step one undies (boxer briefs for my larger legs) since 2018. In that time I have marvelled at their comfort and fit. Consistently however, I am disappointed by the product quality. I think it has worsened over time - I can't remember it being as much of an issue in the early days but maybe I've got rose coloured glasses. It has become a running joke with my wife that my undies are a disposable item and that we should include them in our budget as a recurring cost. The straw that has broken for me to write this is my most recent purchase of 15 pairs (they are not cheap so I try and get the most bulk discount I can). One of the pairs had a hole at the bottom of the waist band after the first wear. Now on the third wear for that pair, the stitching of the "ultraglyde" panels has come apart - this is the normal failure mode - turning a anti-chafe feature in to the "chafe-zone". I have suffered in silence previously, but breaking after 3 wears is too much and I have submitted a warranty claim. It's unacceptable. Looking back through my order history I am now up to 59 pairs of step-one undies since that first fateful order. All of them broken or soon to be broken. Just like my heart.

These last literally days before getting holes, company refuses to replace

I received 3 X pairs of these undies for Xmas. I had wanted to try them, rave reviews online etc. Due to shipping delays I began wearing them around 04/01/23. As of 18/02/23 I noticed 2 X small holes in the fabric. I have probably only worn these a maximum of 10 times. I have never seen such poor quality clothing, especially at this price point. I emailed through photos and details and was told "nope that's on you" - because I throw them in a normal wash cycle which is 40deg and not cold, they say it's my fault. Well, tell that to every single other item of clothing I own that has been washed over and over for years without issue. These only last 6 months

Yes, they are comfortable. Yes, they are grand at stopping chaffing. But sadly the quality stops there. Holes after 6 months on 3 of the 5 pairs bought, 4 out of the previous 5 pairs - thats 7 out of 10, which says poor quality.I emailed about 3 pairs, which I purchased, the others were gifts - was offered 1 replacement pair "as a gesture of goodwill" because they dont cover wear and tear etc. No accountability for quality of material supplied. At the price point, you would expect high quality, but this is not the case. Sadly, this can also be referenced in multiple other reviews. And just so I am clear - if this review had taken place before 6 months of owning them - it would have been 5 stars.
