Stunning colour, for which I get a ridiculous amount of compliments for and is eye-catching in the rain, which is useful when I'm riding my bicycle in heavy traffic.Excellent construction, the jacket's hefty price tag is justified by the quality of materials and design.Really good length, keeps the rain off the top of my legs, which is where I previously found myself getting the most soaked whenever I got caught in a downpour with a shorter lengthen jacket.I love wearing it and I didn't think I'd ever say that about a rain jacket.

I’ve worn my rain jacket once. I was astonished that despite how little usage I’ve gotten out of it it already seems to have irremovable stains? I would have expected such a waterproof material to be more resistant to this kind of thing but it seems the Yellow color makes it a magnet for unwanted marks. Very unfortunate. Pretty much unwearable at this point.

Initial impressions are very good. The fit is definitely large, I’m glad I sized down. I really enjoy the pocket placement and appreciate the riveted seams in a high use area of the jacket. I’m still waiting for a true deluge of water to see how things shake down, but a few showers haven’t revealed any flaws in design or construction.

Not much into reviews previously but this time i felt like i had to do it. Excellent choice. High quality product. One of those rare purchases you know it's going to last long and gonna be super efficient. Only but satisfied! Highly recommend the product. Grateful there's still some seriousness and passion out there!!
Excellent company. This is the second jacket I have purchased from Stutterheim directly, and the quality is of course, outstanding, but the customer service is equally outstanding, which is so rare these days. I truly believe any company which still focuses on the customer, will survive and thrive, during the coming economic storm. And believe me, it’s coming. Stutterheim will still be around when the dust settles. This company possesses integrity. Love their products.
First of all, this is definitely a finely-crafted rain slicker with a great fit. It's available in a wide range of colors so there's something for everyone. And while the pockets are nice and large, my issue with the design is that it allows rain to just flow right into them and anything inside will not stay dry. If the pocket openings were vertical, it may solve the problem but be less ergonomic. Ideally the pockets would have flaps to keep rain out. As it is, when raining there is always moisture at the bottom of the pockets and I cannot keep my smartphone in there - something anyone that can afford this jacket will certainly also have in their possession while wearing this. The cut and overall design is modern but it doesn't account for how a modern-day person ... My girlfriend has a very similar coat from Pendleton (which unfortunately they only make for women) that has a double pocket - vertical slits and a top opening with flap. It's perfect in that sense and if Pendleton made one for men I'd certainly have that one.
I absolutely love this raincoat! It is made with high-quality material, and the thickness is perfect for use in rainy and winter seasons. The colour is gorgeous, the right colour of burgundy. Overall, I am really satisfied with this item.
The style and colour make this raincoat look fantastic. A hat in the same colour was later purchased.Very impressed with the quality and being waterproof keeps you dry in a downpour.Have recommended Sutterheim to all that admire the raincoat when asking where it was purchased from.
This is my second jacket. I’ve owned exactly the same one before but wanted a new one. I must say the material has changed. It is way softer and stretchier. Feels less sturdy. Definitely deteriorated in quality. Feels cheaper.
Most definitely worth the investment if you are looking for a no nonsense practical waterproof piece. That being said, I returned it (to my chagrin) as it didn't fit me very well. I'm 6'0" and 165lbs. I ordered the size Large and it was too short in the arms and too tight across the chest (I'm not that buff... lean athletic is how I would put it). When I lifted my arms up (parallel to the ground), the jacket restricted my arm movement (maybe it was just the one I got)? Forget trying to wave down a cab or saying hello to a friend... Lifting your arm over your head will take a bit of effort if the snap closures are all done up. Overall though, the coat is pretty outstanding (if it fits you). Solid hood coverage and an appropriate length to keep you dry (all the way below your knees). If it fits you, you will not be disappointed. Just as an FYI, I would say that the jacket runs a little small (as Altitude shares it is a slim fit). Consider sizing up (especially if you are wearing a suit / layers.
