I received my first jar of Mimosaas a Christmas gift. When I first opened the lid , the very distinctive delicate aroma really matched itslight almost sparkling flavor of champagne and orange. It is not heavy with syrupy sugar , most commonly in jams. Bought this while traveling and was soooo looking forward to enjoying it at home. Well not any more because it just got taken away by airport security for being ‘over the limit’ for carry on. At least I got a taste of it before it went in my bag this morning. Will be ordering some when I get home.
A friend gave me a jar as a gift since she knows how much I love my mimosas! I've always enjoyed orange marmalade on my english muffins or pork chops but THIS is now my new go-to! It's absolutely delicious! I'll be ordering this from now on! Yes, it's THAT good!
Read the ingredients, this quite the jam. Clean bright flavor, not quite a jelly. Slightly liquid, with fine slices of citrus.
This is one of the best tasting jams with thin orange rinds. Love the taste on my sour dough bread. And I love the blueberry too. Delicious!
