I use this as a supplement that I add to my Smoothies every day, it was recommended by my Naturopath, this works as good as whatever other brands of Flax seed meal that I have used in the past, the colour and the texture look really good in this batch, buy a bag of it and see for yourself. I actually bought this to add to my dogs dinner. He doesn't seem to notice so that's a bonus and I'm sure it's keeping his coat so nice. I use it occasionally in smoothies or mixed into meals for some omegas.

The product is as good as advertised and the shipment was quick.
