As you can imagine the audio still has background noise but for the price is very good audio recording in a quiet room.Comparing with my Bose 700 headphones, the audio sounds a lot better but no where near the noise cancellation (obviously made for different purposes)

I got this cam to replace a Logitech 500 cam I have had since the dark ages and have to say this cam has surprised me and I am very happy with the build quality as other cameras with these specs are usually at a higher price point.It's a simple plug and play out of the box so no faffing about with drivers and off the bat has an excellent quality picture and sound. The hard plastic privacy shroud completely covers both lens and microphone so no worries there. Included on the cam is a quite weighty clip for mounting to a monitor as well a a tripod that has a wide stance making it very stable with a gimbal that can be locked off.

Super solid 1080p 60hz webcam. Just plug it in and it works great with no software needed. Microphone quality is about average, but far from bad, and if you’re buying this you likely have a better microphone alternative sorted.Lots of use movement in the webcam mount and tripod, as well, which help in getting the right angles quickly, though admittedly mine is set up on the top of my monitor with no trouble.Does the job well, no fuss, fair price - what more can you want?
