Keeps the coffee warm but not the best to drink from with the lid in place. Because the seal works so well (thereby keeping the coffee warm), fluid only comes out very slowly. It’s hard to take a decent swallow. You can overcome this by putting your tongue to the opening so the fluid runs down your tongue but then you get a flood. The end result is either a burnt tongue or a coffee stained shirt.

I really like this travel cup for the following reasons:1)The size is just right for a small double shot latte.2)It fits perfectly under my Breville Barista Pro, which is a big plus in my books.3)The wide opening allows me to easily pour some nice latte art.4)The cup holds the heat well all while not being hot to the touch.I bought the magnetic blue and the luxe Black. If you’re thinking about getting this, do it. I’ve tried several travel cups over the years and this is by far my favourite one.

I'm certainly not a coffee expert however i do love my coffee to have consistent flavour without compromise.Since i have purchased the Stoke Ceramic Reusable Cup, my coffee taste great from start to finish without major heat loss.There is definitely NO metallic after taste that you get from a Stainless cup.Awesome coffee cup at an amazing price compared to the "IN" reusable cups on the market.
I have 2 Sttoke ceramic cups for 6 months. Both used in the exact same way. One has held its coating fine and the insulating wall works well. Lids are finiky to clean but do the job as prescribed.The second cup has been scratched very badly as you can see from the photos and has lost quite a bit of its insulation to the point where I can hold it in my hand but it becomes uncomfortable after a few minutes.Sttoke seemed happy to refer me to their guidelines for warranty which says wear and tear will damage the product and that is normal, but I don't think that is acceptable to this level after 6 months of use and always hand washed and dried. The 8 oz is a good option for milk-based espresso drinks, if you don’t want a lot of milk. I would love to see ounce markings inside to help baristas know when to stop pouring for a cortado or flat white. A 5-6 ounce Sttoke cup would be awesome! The plastic lid fits well on top of the ceramic lined cup and fits much more tightly than expected, although it will soon start to leak if turned upside down. It is very easy to clean without rubber fittings to take off and wash. Lastly, it is reasonably nice to drink out of when there is no option of a nice ceramic or glass mug handy. It will keep coffee hot for maybe an hour.
The cup is well made. It's definitley not leak proof, so you can't just put the lid on and stick it in a bag. The cup needs to remain upright which is fine. The only gripe is the spout is recessed. Would've been good to have the spout either sit flat with the lid - but this is just my preference. Also just cause it's ceramic, it doesn't really keep the coffee any warmer for a long period of time.
I got the blue 12oz.I really like this cup. The ceramic interior is high quality and easy to clean. There is a soft bottom so that I can put it down silently. Insulation works great at keeping my drink warm.The lid is the only thing which I don't really love, because it's a bit annoying to clean. The sliding bit is meant to pop off by pushing it up with a spoon, but I feel like I need to use a lot of force to get it out, and when it does it normally goes flying. If I look closely I can see some plastic coming off it, so maybe it'll get loose over time?
I love this thing to bits. The drinking experience is one to be hold, both with and without the lid. it’s shaped perfectly to fit in the hand, and is worth every cent. I procrastinated on the purchase of this one for a while, should I? Shouldn’t I? I have too many other travel cups and reusable cups to mention, so was a bit torn on whether to snap this one up or not. So glad I did. it proudly holds top spot in my Collection.
