Suavecito is the best smelling pomade hands down. I use this particularly for work and it holds well all day. I have a gentleman’s cut combover and makes my cut look 10/10. This doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it seem thin and greasy. I alternate between a few pomades that I find occasion fitting. High shine, extra hold, a lot of sun or possible rain, certain pomades hold different and there’s one for all occasions. The consistency on the “light hold” is definitely “lighter” than the traditional suavecito which is fine and what I wanted. I didn’t want a hard hold and this is soft to medium hold. For best results-this should be applied specifically to showered dried hair. This should not be applied to damp or wet hair. Enjoy!

Good Stuff

I’m a big Suavecito fan. The original hold is my go to. But lately I’ve needed something a little lighter than the original but with more hold than the hair cream. The Suavecito Light Hold Pomade was exactly what I was looking for. Yet another great product from Suavecito.

Good pomade but not exactly what I thought it would be

I was really excited when I saw Suavecito now has a light pomade. I was mildly disappointed it was still a gel as the description on the website said “creamy.” I have very thin hair and creams work best for me hence I immediately ordered this as their hair cream in the pump bottle works very well for me. This light gel works well but I still experience the “stiffness” the regular hold gel has. I was hoping this product would have been a heavier, thicker product similar to their hair cream. Hopefully they can someday make an oil based “super light” pomade with the great Suavecito scent with the same consistency of that classic Super Light pomade in the orange tin. I would be done buying pomades.

Light Hold

Pomade holds up perfectly for fine or thinning hair. Washes off perfectly and will most likely purchase another when its time.

Light Hold pomade, deodorant, and grooming spray

Great light pomade with that signature smell I wouldn’t use anything else or any other product. Also first time buying the deodorant and not disappointed one bit. Love the smell and it holds up even after working 16 hours, also use the grooming spray that has just the right hold and never flakes when you run your hand through your hair. Great Job guys and keep up with the great quality.

My favorite

My favorite Suavecito pomade, and yes I’ve used them all. The classic scent plus a not too firm hold. Easy to restyle. Still smells good in your hair even days later. Medium shine is a little more than matte.

Oooo mami I love it...

I absolutely love this product. It’s a lighter hold than the original which is good for those chill days when you’re hanging at home with the honey but you still wanna look fresh. It washes out easily and no residue is left. I love the original but I love this one just as much.

Personal favorite

I have tried light, medium, and firm hold Suavecito pomades. What is different about the light version is the smoothness and ease of spreadability. It is by far the easiest to apply and blends and spreads into the hair almost instantly with ease. The hold is good. There is less stiffness compared to the others which I like. Because it is so easy to apply and is so smooth I tend to use more of the product. I would recommend this product for fine to medium hair. My only request is that I would like to see this product available in the spring, summer, fall, and winter fragrances. To my knowledge, it is only available in the original scent.
