This is an excellent cream for children's delicate skin. I used this cream for my two children, it perfectly removes irritation and redness under the diaper, if you apply it to the problem area of ​​the skin in the evening, then by the morning there will be nothing left. The texture of the cream is very thick but it applies well. The only thing I don’t really like is that the skin remains white after it, but this is not a big problem for me. I was at a loss. My baby girl developed a rash on the inside of her thighs in her rolls and her bum. It became red and swollen and peeling. It went on for weeks. I tried plain lanolin, plain Vaseline, Penaten(both kinds) and a couple more. One that smelled kind of like fish. I tried not wiping with every change, I tried rinsing her off instead of using wipes, I even tried a lil naked bum and holding a flannel near for pee pees. I finally got into the PED and she said don’t over think it, just get some Sudocrem, pampers sensitive wipes, and don’t use scented diapers(the pampers I was using are lightly scented).
