I bought this during my pregnancy last year and it was such a great belly balm! I had tried samples of other mainstream brands, and this left my belly feeling moisturized without feeling greasy. The bottle also helped dispense the right amount of product (as others were mainly oils that did get messy!). I also appreciated the ingredients in this product, and Summer Fridays product line in general. I absolutely loved this, and continued using it after my little one was born to help my belly as it went back to normal.

Am really enjoying Babymoon Belly Balm. I am currently on my second tube and have been using morning and night during my pregnancy. I just entered into my third trimester. It smells nice, but not too strong, which was great since my changing hormones have caused me to be turned off by strong smells and odors. It feels comforting on my ever expanding belly and I have no signs of stretch marks as of yet. The verdict is not yet in on whether it will keep marks at bay until I come to full term, but either way it feels good, moisturizing, and smells nice.

I’ve been using this on all the areas that stretch during pregnancy and I’m loving it so far. I have very sensitive skin and I haven’t had any reactions, so I’m vary happy about that. Superrr light smell that doesn’t bother me at all. And the consistency is almost like Vaseline that turns into an oil. It’s not sticky or nasty. It doesn’t seep through my clothes or stain them at all. It also helps when my skin itches like crazy!

I have been stretch mark prone by whole life and have very fair skin. I was nervous when I got pregnant that I would be covered in stretch marks but I used this every night after my shower and NEVER got even 1 stretch mark. I used it on my breasts, stomach, and hips. And I was amazed. I gained about 20lbs and my skin held up perfectly. In the past I would get a stretch mark from gaining 5lbs! This is a must have!
I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and have used this balm since I first started showing. Still not a single stretch mark in sight! I use it immediately after getting out of the shower and it keeps my belly nice and hydrated well into the next day. It has also kept the itchy skin that comes with pregnancy at bay. The scent is light and refreshing and a little bit goes a long way! I just purchased my second tube a couple weeks ago and will have plenty leftover after I deliver. Honestly, I feel like this could be used even if you aren't pregnant and just have super dry skin. That's what I'll most likely use it for postpartum because I like it so much.
I Tried this balm in the store. I have terribly dry feet, especially my heels, and I bought this to see if it would help. It Does!! Wow, what a difference! I love the scent, a tart herbal, light scent. Two things you need to know. Yes it's oily, so thick socks are needed. Yes it can separate, so I either knead the tube when it's fuller, or shake it when there is less in the tube. I usually put it on at night with socks, and in the morning my feet are soft, and appear much better. I'm on my fourth tube over about 2 years. Obviously love it!
While it has helped my very dry pregnancy skin, I wish I had read the ingredients fully before purchasing. I trusted that the ‘clean at Sephora’ tag would mean no petroleum-based products, but this product contains synthetic wax which is hydro-carbon based. In my opinion, if you don’t mind using synthetic wax, save yourself some money and just go buy a tub of Vaseline. Don’t purchase this if you’re looking for a ‘clean’ product. I will be continuing my search for a petroleum-free stretch mark cream.
At first I thought I would really like this. I read all the reviews and took a chance and - it came in one piece, the balm was like a smooth lotion-y scrub, left my skin feeling glowy and no pimples or poor reaction. But after about a week or two, the product became really runny? Like oil basically? Still no adverse reactions but it would plop out of the container so quickly and go everywhere. Idk if I just got a bad batch, but I am now noticing people said it’s runny. It’s RUNNY.
As I sit here and write this with my 36 week belly, I want to preface this by saying this is my first pregnancy and I strictly used SF Bellymoon on my ever-stretching belly. I am a petite female and was expecting to get some sort of stretch marks throughout this pregnancy- I was totally OK with it. However, I have yet to see one single mark on my skin. I have used this belly balm religiously every single night from the moment it came out. I preordered two bottles and started to use it around week 8 of my pregnancy as soon as it was delivered. I am now on my 6th (!!!) bottle and I use it from my chest down to my cheeks and everywhere in between every night. Is it a little thick? Yep- has a consistency close to vaseline! But it soaks in quickly and leaves your skin ... MoreAs I sit here and write this with my 36 week belly, I want to preface this by saying this is my first pregnancy and I strictly used SF Bellymoon on my ever-stretching belly. But it soaks in quickly and leaves your skin buttery soft, even when you wake up in the morning. I recommend this to all of my friends who are expecting. I will continue to use this post pregnancy until my skin goes back to normal, and throughout every single future pregnancy that I have. I love this stuff- it's fantastic. I was able to avoid those pesky lines and keep my skin happy and glowing while it stretched out! The only thing I wish is that they offered a bigger size- or maybe put it in a tub instead of a squeeze tube.
I bought this as a gift to myself in my second pregnancy after not having taken as much care of my bump as I should've in my first. Well I love it! I have dry skin, so I am quite critical of products not being hydrating enough but this is lovely. It is a balmy consistency so might feel a bit thick for some people but I think thats why my skin feels so soft and nourished. I use it once a day, at night and it keeps my skin feeling hydrated for 24 hours until I re-apply. I have started using it on other areas of my body that I struggle with normal body cream to keep hydrated as well and its honestly not just limited to your belly, it works everywhere! Will definitely re-purchase, even when I am not pregnant and would also make a really nice gift.
