Bought my 2nd one as the first was faulty only toasts on one side. Guess what the same as first! No wonder it's called Brightside
Looks cute but doesn't toast evenly on both sides, have to flip over the bread each time. Not a huge deal as I don't use it everyday, but I would be cautious if you do!
Toaster is nice aesthetically but like a lot of toasters, after a while it is not good in making perfect toast. Eg pefect on one side and not toasted on other side.
Perfect size for my small kitchen. Bought it on sale and it does its job.

Looks great. Has standard features eg. cancel, defrost, reheat, extra wide for muffins . The additional feature is the quick check. Which I need to use,BUT the negative feedback, I am finding the elements are toasting one side of the toast darker that the other. I am hoping this will correct itself with use.
