Is this the ultimate reverse reviewI got this Skillet home, and not even out of the box. My good lady wife saw it and effusively thanked me, with the rider that it was the wrong one, because she really wanted the Kambrook Skillet with the glass lid, so she could see the Omelette actually cooking. So, being the good husband, I brought the unpacked box back to the Hyperdome store. The wonderful gentleman at the front counter started the paperwork while I went and got hold of the 'correct' item. When I got back to the front counter, the wonderful gentleman mentioned that even though the Kambrook Skillet cost more, he could do it for the same price. I was grateful like you couldn't believe, possibly an embarrassing 'moment' with a silver lining.Back home, and unpacked and washed clean, we had our first Omelettes in the skillet, because that is all it will ever be used for, as was the old one, because, as 'she who must be obeyed' mentioned, you only do omelettes in the one pan specifically kept aside for just doing omelettes, just like the old one was, almost 40 years old, and missing since our last move home event. Perfect result all round. Everybody is now exceedingly happy. Thank you 'Good Guys'. Another case of winner winner, chicken (omelette) dinner!!!

This little skillet is amazing and so versatile, non-stick and a dream to clean! From a perfect omelette to a small roast dinner.. so happy with this product. Nothing sticks it seriously makes me look like a great cook!

This is a replacement skillet from the one I purchased a week earlier as the first one was faulty due to it being difficult to securely insert the thermostat lead into the skillet plug. Whilst the skillet was replaced with another display one thanks to the assistance of two staff members, it was rather disappointing that initially a person who handles that area could not understand the issue nor had any idea of what the lever on the side of thermostat lead was for arguing that nothing was wrong. As regards the replacement product itself it is excellent, but better training in customer relations and product knowledge would be beneficial.
