We bought the iron recently, but the plate and the layer above it started separating from the main part of the iron, and now has big gaps among the 3 parts of the iron. Also, it isn't hot enough to remove the crease. It also has a unusual smell. Greatly disappointed. We tried to attach a photo before submission but unable to. There was a '2' in front of the option; may attach the photo, if allowed, after this submission.

I bought this a two weeks ago it was ok irons well but the water for steam finishes so fast and now the light on the thermostat is flickering. Not sure what's the problem.
As usual, sunbeam has made a great iron. Have bought sunbeam irons for many years and have never been let down.
Happy with the product. Steam function id really good. Much better than old Tefal.
Iron seems ok but makes a lot of noise when using. Havnt worked out if it’s normal or something not quite right with it
