I have a lot of tools including those you pay a premium for on a truck, etc. When it comes to impact tools, and many others, these Sunex are usually what I reach for first.Well made and stand up to the beating of my heavy duty IR impact wrench. The fitting to both metric and SAE is spot on so no worries about needlessly stripping a nut or bolt.The extended reach of these is ideal for when a standard size socket simply will not make it.I like having the case that these come with. This case got a bit beat up in shipping but I was able to bang it back into shape.

Got this set a couple weeks ago and am very glad that I did. I have the big box with the drawer full of sockets but working in the field alot it makes it so much easier to grab a set like this that you know can handle the job. Having the metric and standard in the same box is really nice as well as alot of the heavy equipment has both. Tray has a great layout as well and could easily be separated from the top and be an organizer for a socket drawer. Great set at a great price.

This set is great. The skipped sizes are the sizes nobody ever uses, unlike some sets which skip common sizes. The extra depth is perfect for recessed bolts or nuts on longer studs. The flip sockets included here are thin enough to fit every lug nut I tried to use them on. The ONLY negative about the set in my eyes is that it doesn't include a 3" extension for use with the flip sockets. Other than that, I expect these sockets to last forever just like the other multiple sets of Sunex sockets I've owned for 10+ years!

This is an awesome set! Great value for the money! It was just delivered sitting at my door when my neighbor who is a professional machinist and total tool addict saw it and went on and on about the quality of Sunex tools. The case is efficient and I slid it under the backseat of my truck. Love the double deep. The only way it could be better if it came with a couple extensions.
Sunex are quality sockets! Better than most others on market. They also have a Lifetime Guarantee. Look up on Sunex your tool(s) of purchase from ebay sellers for really good savings! This is my 2nd Sunex purchase due to being so impressed with the first. Buy them and you will be just as impressed!
The Sunex 1/2" Dr. SAE & Metric Double Deep Socket Set. I got this socket set to have another option for my impact wrenches. These extra deep sockets are perfect for automotive use. I found when changing brakes and shocks they fit perfectly. The builds quality is great with thick wall construction. Each socket has high visibility labeling, makes it super easy to grab what you need. These sockets literally I think you don’t even need warranty for. The side walls on the sockets are so think that they are like times two of any of my other sockets. Plus somehow they are the same size! I highly recommend this socket set for anything from being in your car to change a spare to be a mechanics socket set!
