This is another of my "more mature" fragrances, where I think this meets the requirements for the older age bracket. I would say its a citrussy floral aroma. This is too florally for me as I prefer more sweet, fruity scents. This has a fresh, floral, non-overpowering scent which lasts a good while, and has been around for so long everyone seems to have heard of it! This is a much more affordable fragrance as a large bottle of Givenchy Ysatis retails at 78 in The Fragrance shop. Try it you will love it

The color is like a deep African Violet to an Indigo Blue, depending on the light. The top has a silver band to look like diamonds. Definitely a bottle to display and when empty I will save as a keepsake. I sprayed the perfume on my inner wrists. The scent is such a sweet, sensual and feminine scent. It has floral notes of narcissus, orange flower, jasmine and orris. Also notes of bergamot, mandarin, juicy pear and raspberry that give it a fresh and fruity scent with base notes of sandalwood, musk and vetiver. I'm smitten! I've fallen completely in love with Sunflowers by Elizabeth Arden! It's so bright, with citrus, and perfectly sweet... It almost makes my mouth water! When it settles that sunny sweetness is still there, but there's also a slight woodiness that comes through, especially on skin versus clothing that feels grounding. Together it feels like a spiritual experience! Absolutely beautiful! This fragrance goes much further on your clothes and in your hair, as most do. To sum it up it's like the best spring morning or a joyful summer day, filled with golden light and smiles, that ends with a bonfire. Money can't buy happiness except in the form of a 3.3 oz bottle of Sunflowers!
