This is a bit average I had too many birds nest due to its tangling and memory. Switched to treline flurocarbon and it surprisingly was a lot better of a line. This my personal experience I even went back for a second try and still had tangling and that memory used it on two different baitcaster. No thanks I'm skip this one.

I have used a lot of different fluorocarbon line through the years. IMO Sunlines "Super FC Sniper" leads the pack. If you are going to use a fluorocarbon line, be it a whole spool or just leader you will not be dissapointed. The line is strong and has the least amount of memory compared to other lines I have used (PLine, etc...). I go through about 3000 yards a year so I have put others to the test. I have shopped around and without a doubt Discount Tackle has the best price on this product. Try a spool and see for yourself. Tight Lines

I have been a tournament fisherman for fifty years . Used to fish professionally but now retired. Have used all brands and size lines but two years ago decided to give Sunline a try . As for now it seems to work pretty well compared to other lines.

Great line.. it's the only floro that I use. Have tried many different brands and so far the best.. super strong abrasion resistant line that hold up well. Like all floro will have some memory after while but just spray it will reel magic and become soft again. The other guys who gave it one star must be doing something wrong like backlashes or leaving it out for the sun to bake it. I have never had any problems they said. I've hauled alot of nice bass out of laydowns and bushes with this line. Dont let the 1 star reviews scare you away from it..
Was looking for a more durable line for my Shimano reel. Figured spending more than typical would get me better line. After researching online I found this line was the good stuff....Boy was I disappointed. When taking it out of the package I noticed my “12lb” test was more of a 40+test feel. Not only that when I went to spool it on my reel, the line would tangle BAD. After 20 minutes of working out the horribly twisted line, I was able to get it on my reel. I go to do a test cast and the line is so thick it twist back the way it came. Long story short wasted $25.
I bought a new Lew's Speed Spool baitcasting reel this winter and I wanted a smaller diameter fluorocarbon line on it. After reading Cabela's reviews on virtually every brand of fluorocarbon, I chose Sunline FC Sniper 10 lb. for 2 reasons: Great reviews and it was on sale at the time.I was able to try it out this past weekend on Dale Hollow, and I have to say, I'LL BE BUYING SUNLINE AGAIN! I check my line after every fish and after every snag, and this line just flat out performs.....virtually no frays whatsoever! Even better, when I had to break off a snag, I had to wrap the line around a gloved hand to get it to break off. Even then, it was incredibly STOUT!Pros: Very low stretch, high abrasion resistance, great knot strengthCons: Price (But its a small ... MoreI bought a new Lew's Speed Spool baitcasting reel this winter and I wanted a smaller diameter fluorocarbon line on it. I’ve tried alot of different fluorocarbon line but keep coming back to this! I love that they have the option for each lb test cause I can never decide between to light or to heavy. The in between decides for me!Cast great and I use it as leader to braid. I like that’s it’s a bit softer and not as stiff so my knots stay snug.
I started using this line about one year ago for my freshwater bass fishing. This line is the most abrasion proof strongest line I have ever used. There is absolutely no line stretch when setting the hook, which is very important when you’re fishing . Another thing I like about this line is that there is very little line memory .I would recommend that if you’re looking for a good durable line that won’t break the bank that you give Sunline Super FC Sniper a chance
Sunline FC line is strong but rather stiff. It's not as limp in the 15#- 20# as other floro lines but are great for casting reels. The lower pound lines 6# - #10 are very good for spinning reels. This line is good for tournament use and comes in nice bulk 600+ yard spools if needed.
I use 7lb Sniper on both of my Shimano CI4 Spinning Reels. I fish drop shot, split shot, wacky worm, weightless plastics, ultra light crankbaits, jerk baits and trick worms all on this line. I like the consistantly diameter of the 7 pound line in clear water the best. Most cast distances are close to average resulting in good sets. But I have made several casts and hook sets on 3-4 lb fish with no problem using this line. I catch a mix of LM, SM, and Spots where I live. Several in the 3-4 lb range are caught during a month of on line tournaments and I have never had a break off where the line failed. I've used a lot of lines in my life and I've finally found what works best for me in Sunline Sniper!
