I ordered these dumbbells for my grandson. They are nice in looks and serves the purpose very well. He is very pleased and the price was attractive. He keeps them in his room and lifts often. The carry case that comes with them is nice also. Pleased with this purchase.

These guys were just what I was looking for. They fit any standard plate and can be adjusted according to application. I have owned maybe four sets of handles before this and I can tell you that these seem to be the most durable. I keep all of my training equipment outdoors and these have held up impressively. I put 95 pounds apiece on these handles and I have not noticed any bending or other problems. I am happy that I found these for the price and I can safely say I recommend these for any person's home gym setup.

This bar is solid metal from end to end which includes the interior collar, and the spin on (exterior) collars have an inset rubber oring which allows you to tighten them down snug and not have them loosen up as you exercise. In my opinion, easily the best bar available AND a great price.

Have Weights, Will Travel

I bought these weights for my Grandson, he loves them. They are very good quality and seem durable. My Grandson loves the fact that he can put these back in the case and take them to his cousin's house, so they can work out together. He also likes to store them in the case when not in use, to keep them away from the sun and rain. My other Grandson really likes them, and now wants a set!

Nice system with variable weight sizes and nice case

Product was what I wanted. Silver plated. The grips are a little rough, but, you get used to them quickly. Some owners might want rubber coated versions. Fair price.

Robust and solid

This is an awesome set, high quality solid steel construction with chrome finish, heavy duty screw on collars that add to the weight for a great workout. Well priced that any serious bodybuilder can afford with a generous amount room to add considerable weight to challenge your workloads, "must have".

The dumbbell set is of good quality. The storage box is not. Overall it is a good buy. My storage box was damaged during shipment. I'm waiting to see if the supplier will replaced the damaged storage box. More latter.

If you want to use them both for exercises you will hit them together a lot, or will not be able to fit it around your body. I give the case itself a 0/5. It was broken in several key pieces upon delivery, and the weights slide out of it when open. There is no way to 'lock' in the weights to the case (as you would a socket wrench set for example).*The weights are in strange increments, 1.25 lbs and 2.5 lbs. Can make recording reps/weights interesting.*It is not clear how much the bars themselves weigh, as the nuts may or may not be included.*If you are serious about lifting then I would suggest something that you would not grow out of so fast. If you are looking for a little something to do now and then, then these would be for you.

The product was as I expected. The only negative is that I think the plastic carrying case is a bit too flimsy for a 33%23 dumbbell set. This is of course no fault of Walmart.
