I love this machine! You can feel the burn within the first 3 minutes of your workout. No joke. I absolutely love using this stepper listening to music. You get into a perfect rhythm. It's easy to take anywhere you go. I take mine to work so I am not stuck sitting at my desk in the office all day anymore. My boss thought I was a genius for bringing it to work. While I'm using it and I get a little tired, I'm able to just stop as I'm on it in mid-step and just stand on it evenly. Again, perfect machine.

I own the model of this mini stepper that does not have a digital readout. I bought this for about $70 US including shipping about one year ago. I use it at least 5 days per week and keep it on a plastic runner that protects my carpeting from the oil you must use on the bolts from time to time if it starts squeaking. This is somewhat heavy and sturdy. Not rated for hundreds of pounds, but it seems like it's very sturdy. I only use it at a moderate pace for up to 30 minutes at a time. I think this offers a lot of value for the price, and it's portable. When I said heavy, that doesn't mean I can't pick it up and move it to another room with ease. I just mean, it stays on the ground, and is heavy enough to be stable. A must buy... Your legs & thighs will thank you

Excellent machine - give a great workout. I have not worked out in about 4 years and noticed sitting at work too much the past 2 years, I'm seeing a difference in my bottom and legs getting larger. I have used this machine now for about a week, every morning for about an half hour. My legs are starting to strengthen and feel tightend already. I am not movtivated to use it now for a bit a night.

Dangerous and poor quality products

Both of the pieces of equipment I ordered from this company were poorly designed and assembled to the point of being dangerous. One was so off balance one could not even use it. The other one broke 20 days after their warranty period expired and they refused to replace the part that was clearly of poor quality and design. During the entire time that machine worked it made a horrible squeaking noise that I'm sure everyone in my building could hear. I should have heeded other buyers' warnings to beware. If you spend money on one of their cheap products, you should not expect it to last more than a few months.

Good machine so far

I have not got to use it much since I received it. I brought it to work to use when the weather stops me from going outside to walk. I have watched a couple of the YouTube fitness videos and it has worked as described. I read and yet to verify that it should only be used 15 minutes at a time.

Excellent little machine. I wanted to keep fit over the winter until I can get back to the pool next summer. Even daily walking just wasn't really enough and the weather often interferes. This machine is a super value. You can get as much or little out of it as you wish. it can be a full on aerobic workout. I wish they made ones with a higher weight limit to 300 lbs( I think the limit is 250) because I'd buy one and send it to my dad. The step height is adjustable but the resistance is not and it's a decent resistance, just fyi, the only way to increase it wouldbe to hold weights or use the arm resistance bands. Not a bad little machine

I’ve been working from home like many people during the pandemic. I’ve recently learned that I will be working from home for several more months so I decided to invest in a standing desk and the Sunny Health stepper.Definitely read the instructions when you get it. You have to make sure the cable that controls the stepper is properly functioning. Otherwise you may break it. I like the little speedometer sort of screen it has, and it’s so easy to walk on this tho for 30 minutes without realizing.It does make you fairly tall so if you’re using this for a desk, make sure it can go high enough. I had to adjust the step height a bit shallower so I could reach my desk. Okay, but…

Okay, but… anyone with balance issues should use with caution. Currently I am using this as part of my hourly get up and move routine. For that, this is great. Unfortunately with my stability concerns anything longer than 5 minutes at a time is challenging / frustrating.It’s a nice small piece of equipment, operates smoothly once you get the hang of it and definitely gets the heart rate up.

PEOPLE DON’T READ!!!

Read people .. I realized that majority of the negative reviews come from people that don’t read. There is a manual that tells you everything. There are three steps before using it. There are also maintenance and adjustments instructions. People don’t do the maintenance and be upset at the seller when their mini stepper breaks. You have to lubricant it when it begins to squeak. They also put a hard to miss tag telling people to adjust the cord. Anyways, great exercise equipment. One of my favorite. Simple steps. Great price. Stepper machines really work for my weight loss and helps tone my legs. I’ll update my review if any issues occur in the futures.Purchased through Amazon

I was kinda scared to purchase this mini stepper because of the reviews. But it is actually really good. It doesn't make any noise. The step counter works, it also comes with an extra battery. On the square it also has a timer and it tells you the calories you burn as you go. Overall pretty cool. Im keeping it.
