I live in a townhouse with no basement and only have one corner near my closet to put exercise equipment. This glider fits the space I have perfectly as I didn't want to put it in the middle of my living or family room. I'm a 62yo woman with osteoporosis and a touch of arthritis in my knees and I was able to get this upstairs and set up in about 45 minutes. The gliding motion is easy on my knees and yet after 30 minutes on this, I feel my arms and legs are both well-exercised with no strain. I also like the walking on air feel to it. Very glad to be able to hop on this on those days when I just can't get to the gym, especially this time of year (January) when sometimes I just don't feel like going out.

It was sooo easy to put together and I love it!! I was surprised how comfortable it is, and you do get an amazing cardio workout! It affects all the muscle groups as well. It is easily portable as I can either watch TV in the living room or work out in the garage in the fresh air or in my bedroom. I've tried a rower, and it hurt my back. I've tried a trampoline, but my balance is terrible, so that was quite dangerous! Balance issues also with an outdoor bike and bored with an indoor bike. And I've tried jumping rope and got terrible shin splints!! So this has been a wonderful solution to trying to keep fit in my older years! Thank you!!

I am very pleased with this exerciser. It is quite sturdy, easy to assemble, easy to move around and easy to use. The price is very low for this quality and the fact that it includes a computer that accurately counts movement. My only complaint: I used it too long the first time out and had to rest for a day or two until my muscles caught up with my enthusiasm. This item does not require resistance for efficacy. You can go faster or slower, use it in an HIIT manner, or however you wish. You will get a workout. The only complaint: a plastic housing on the magnet that is used for counting came broken. I have written the company and it appears they will replace it. This is about looks more than function.

I bought this as a family gift to inspire some healthier habits. The shipping was fast. The packaging was well done with zero damage to the box or parts inside. It came with the tools needed to assemble. The elliptical machine was incredibly easy to put together. This product has already been tested by to energizer bunny children for several hours and has been working exactly as expected. I love the space saving feature and how easy it is to fold out and up. It will make a huge impact on our health! Thank you!
1) The equipment arrived with a bluish, oily substance on some parts of it. (When I assembled the machine, it got all over my hands.) It might be a lubricant that leaked from some of the joints that were already put together, but I don't know.I also don't know how to clean it from the machine and what it means in terms of damage. The machine seems to operate OK ... so far. (And I've managed to avoid the substance while using the machine ... so far.)I asked the company, the retailer, and other customers, but no one has heard of or experienced this.The company's customer service has been delayed and inadequate.2) I'm concerned about not getting a good cardiac workout. I was hoping to replace my broken elliptical for something lighter and easier to move. This is nothing like an elliptical! It was easy to put together and inexpensive, so that’s why I gave it 2 stars. Hopefully my 70 yr old husband can use it since he hated my elliptical. It is a very, very low-impact machine. Not for me!!!
Great price, easy assembly, compact, quiet, delivers basic cardio aerobic workout, excellent customer service through Kitty. Works as hoped so far, needed a small space no impact cardio workout option as a supplement to the days I go to the club to workout on an elliptical stepper. Also bought the xs protector mat. Should help keep me in shape during my twilight years and provide an incentive to keep my weight well below the 220 lb. maximum.

Im 57 and a former gym rat. Id say my current fitness level on a scale of 1-10, 1 being fat and flabby to 10 being lean and Hot! I would call myself a 5. I used my body as resistance (leaning forward/back) since this elliptical has none. Or sometimes, I would go as fast as I could for 20 minutes without stopping. Then, one day it started squeaking. My husband took it apart and thoroughly greased it. The squeaking stopped, for a few days, then it sounded like I was striking someone with a foot pedal. I wasn't. The reviews made this look like a light way for senior citizens to exercise. Well I am 35 and have lost 30 pounds using this combined with a 1200 calorie a day, high protein, low carb diet. I make sure I get 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day between this and walking in my day (majority is on this since it is below zero outside here). This is not just a senior citizen exercise machine. This is for anyone wanting to lose weight. The selling point for me was something small and quiet since I live in an apartment on 3rd floor and didn't want to disturb neighbors like a big old treadmill would do.
