Every type of magnesium I have tried has been difficult for me to digest. Not so with Super Magnesium Recommended to me by a chiropractor, it is definitely a good product. The difference was felt straight away. This is a good product

Taste. I had the Lemon and Lime this time. Previously the Berry flavour. This a flavour lives up to its name and doesn't have that awful artificial flavour overtone as most products do. You can taste the artificial flavour but it is acceptable. Some products are best left without adding artificial flavour. I'd rather pick a lemon or lime and use the natural juice.

I had a health issue that seemed to only be 'sorted' by taking the Caruso's Mg powder because it was a medical grade recommendation; it helped immensely but was quite expensive. But now the issue is getting under control, I swapped to the tablet version and it is keeping things sorted without the 'gritty' taste of the powders. After trying a lot of different vitamins/minerals/supplements I only buy Caruso's now.

In this day and age it's comforting to know a product is safe and dependable as to it's properties and manufacture, with an added bonus of "Made in Australia". This is very easy to take-pleasant product.
I have used Caruso's Super Magnesium powder for years and love the product. Powders are more readily absorbed than tablets. Having six forms of magnesium with co-factors, helps absorption and increases potency. I do take a break of a few months between finishing each container. If I do suffer a muscle cramp, taking a dose of this powder formulation eases the cramp/s very quickly. I also suffer from stress and mild anxiety and find this formulation seems to help alleviate both symptoms.
I was having trouble with multiple muscular cramps -- hands, arms, legs, and feet. My partner suggested magnesium supplements. Not long after starting these the cramps were all but gone. I believe in the "placebo effect" but in this instance I think it couldn't be a factor.
I had done a considerable amount of research on quality Australian vitamins and Caruso was rated highly. I had been taking their vitamin D for some time with great results and recently purchased the magnesium. I am having great results with it as well. I highly recommend Caruso vitamins.
If, like me, you suffer from leg cramps this is my go to every evening - I haven’t had an interrupted sleep since I started using this. Chemist Warehouse price was very good too and this size will last much longer than my previous brand - good product which is also light on my pocket - winner!
I am happy with this product, and I like the taste of lemon and lime. the powder mixes easily and I like the 6 different forms of Magnesium which helps with muscle cramps and also good for your cardiovascular system..
I've bought this for sometime now. I enjoy the taste, and I feel the improvement from the magnesium. Things like not getting muscle cramps, reduced anxiety and better sleep.
