It deflated in half an hour after I took it home. (Kids are all at school). I went back to store and asked for new one. The same thing happened. Then I went back again and changed to a different color. It worked . The person who worked in school just said maybe the bad batch. U want to change a different color? I don't really want to but I have no choices since I don't have a deflated balloon again.

Items were preordered as my daughter runs up to get them the 1 is deflating and it was obvious. Unfortunately, my daughter decided to take it just like that ( teen, she's learning). She comes home and I see it deflating. I told her to go back and get a new one. As as she arrives they add more helium. Not good! As she's gets to her photo shoot it's already deflating. Photo shoot couldn't be done with the numbers. Disappointed they would even hand her the balloon deflating at the initial pick up.

Shortly after picking up the balloon flew off the ribbon it was tied to. It was not tied tight enough. Balloon should have a hole at the bottom so it can be secured in a better way. I ordered 2 of the #5 balloons and the other balloon deflated after 1 hour while the balloon was kept indoors and not in the heat or cold.

I knew it didn't come inflated but I didn't know you couldn't inflate yourself. Normally ballots like this come with a straw so you can blow up on your own. No straw. I didn't realize until 2 hrs before. my fiftieth birthday party. Couldn't use.
The balloons were beautiful!!!!!!! I ordered two (7 & 0) for my mom's 70th birthday party! I was so excited. I picked them up, got them into my SUV just fine. BY the time I got to the venue, and got out of the car, the ZERO came untied and floated off into the sky right at the party! I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I paid money for these balloons, they are not cheap, and I couldn't even use them for my mom's celebration luncheon. Never again...I should have just gone to the Dollar Tree or 99 cent store and blown them up with my tank at home. Next time, that's exactly what I will do. CLEARLY the balloon was not tied correctly. How careless can one be??
The product was great, but the service at the Boynton Beach location just to get helium filled balloons was a disaster. It was already problematic that the store location had posted that helium was no longer offered about 2 weeks after I had placed my order, which was placed 3 weeks prior to my pickup date. It didn't help that my pickup date was the day before Mother's Day. When the day arrived to pick up my order, there was a long line of customers waiting to collect their balloon orders. I indicated to the manager that I was there to collect my online order that I had placed weeks ago. She proceeded to have an attitude and prioritize another order over my order, which at that point was late and not fulfilled as requested. The number five balloon was nice for the party that was given. However, at first the number five detached from the string, that almost ruined the balloon ensemble. Luckily, someone was able to hitch it together and tie a few knots to hold it together.Party city, please do a better job with the number balloons and the string attachments. Overall, great balloons and size!
We ordered the number 90 in big gold balloons...these were very nice and made a statement over the cake for my Mother In Law's 90th surprise birthday party. The order was perfect and the balloons were delivered on time. Placing the order was easy and delivery is the best way to go when ordering large amounts of balloons. These decorations really added to the festivity of the party. I would definitely order again
I ordered two birthday balloon bouquets for delivery. Each had two 34 inch foil number balloons and 14 colored latex balloons. The balloons arrived tangled and tied in knots such that they did not float or sit properly next to each other. The 34 inch balloons were floating sideways. We had to spend over an hour detangling and rearranging the balloons. The weights were not included and had to be sent in a separate delivery. Given the money spent on the two arrangements, I was extremely disappointed in the condition and appearance the balloons arrived in.
This balloon delivery is a game-changer!! I've even had them delivered to a restaurant for an event. I may just order random balloons for even small occasions because it's SO EASY. No more waiting in line in a crowded store. The balloons come to YOU! I love it.Also on my last purchase, they were still going strong a full week after delivery.
