However, it's a bit expensive for what it is, especially since it's a few years old now. Note that the first version of this laptop I received came with a malfunctioning fan and Windows 10 Home, not the advertised Windows 10 Pro. However, the seller, All-Out-Mobile, worked with me to replace the laptop with a new one and upgrade the OS version free of charge.

Excellent two-in-one. Coming from a Surface 9, which is still very capable. Still this top-of-the-line Pro is much snappier and the OLED monitor is excellent. Very sharp with deep colors and nice blacks. The Recall feature ia not yet enabled, but look forward to using that too. Writing on the Pro 11 is great. The Slim Pens works well, so I can take notes in OneNote, write in fields, and draw for brainstorming. I normally use with a Surface Pro keyboard (not the Flex yet), and disconnect it when I go to meetings so I can take notes. CoPilot is very helpful, but I have yet to feel the benefits of the NPU and integration in the experience. Would be good for Microsoft to provide more detail on the benefits and how to use. I am getting 9 hours with a lot of spreadsheet work, web work, document editing, and Teams/WebEx meetings. Camera, speakers, and mic all work great for these meetings.A fantastic hybrid computer that I can highly recommend.
Quite simply, this is exactly what the Surface Pro was always meant to be. Perfect for writing notes or lectures, writing papers, doing computations, doing administrative work, etc. Insanely good battery life. Beautiful OLED display. A smashing victory for Microsoft.
I am really compelled to give a one star review, but it is a great device.... unless. I need to be able to VPN to our server remotely. Unfortunately, this processor is not compatible with a bunch of common apps. That is terrible. Who thinks something at this price point can make it without being compatible with common apps??? I would recommend if you are buying this for business to choose something else. At this price point, with add ons, it should work with anything. Really disappointing. Everything else is great. Microsoft should be better. They should also not rob you for a keyboard and a pencil (Apple does the same).

Excellent laptop! Checks all the boxes, I use this primarily as a work laptop but also at home. Excellent battery vs performance. As long as you aren’t going to use this for extreme gaming it doesn’t get better than this.
