Shrive and delivery were excellent and efficient. The goods were actually damaged in transit with the courier and the crew at discount chemist were super helpful. Replaced the goods immediately and sorted everything with couriers ASAP. Nice work!

Don’t recommend

It will do the job, but having previously been accustomed to a different brand, this one has several inconveniences. The clamp is not great - other types allow you to easily with one hand regulate the flow intuitively. This one is difficult to master. Also it is annoying that the hook to hang the bucket isn’t permanently attached. It easily falls off, which, when you’re trying to refill or add water to the bucket while your other hand is busy holding the tube, just creates a watery mess. Instead, I recourse bag-type kit with hanging hook affixed and twist-type regulator valve. Same price, less fuss. Wouldn’t write a review unless a product was either really great or pretty bad.

Been using this for 2 years now. Still in good condition.The only comment I have is that the instructions do not make it clear that the user needs to ensure no air in the line prior to insertion..Otherwise, its a good product.

Gravity-fed unit less than stellar.

I could not see clearly on the packaging that this was a gravity-feed enema kit only. It works but not very well. Get ome with the shower hose attachment, and the hand pump, instead.

Inexpensive and easy to use.

This product is very easy to use and perfect for doing Coffee Enemas. Would highly recommend this inexpensive Surgi Pack to anyone.

Poor quality. Spend the extra and get a good one.

Poor quality all around. It would be better if it cost a little more and was of better quality. It is very basic, with low grade attachments, especially the hook that holds it.

About a month ago, I had a very unfortunate experience as an elderly person. I did all the prep according to directions and still have a failed colonoscopy.
