I have been eating the daily 35g allowance and because of the high protein I am completely satisfied with my hunger levels all morning which is fantastic. All in all a very good well thought out product,which tastes great, has a lovely texture, and brings you back to your childhood eating sweet and crunchy cerials,but the beauty is that surreal is completely healthy. Picked the Peanut, Cinnamon, Chocolate and Strawberry flavours - would definitely buy Surreal in all four again.In terms of macros/nutrition/ingredients this seems like a great product - 1 serving with skimmed milk would, I think, give about the same protein and calories as your average protein bar, with an ingredient list about half as long. Although I am not vegan, gluten-intolerant or on a low-carb diet I know several people who fit into one or more of those categories and it's great that this would be an option for them. We got the variety pack first just to try the different flavours. Cocoa was the firm favourite, frosted good too. Peanut butter was ok & we weren't fussed on the cinnamon. Glad we went in for the multi pack first though to give them a try.I've seen people complain about the portion sizes but they are plenty for us. Given there is so much protein in the cereal I don't find myself getting hungry as early as with other cereal.Also seen others say its too sweet, I like sweet cereal so would normally have chosen frosties or frosted shreddies so for us they are just right. And they don't taste like sweeteners, it tastes sugary - I can't stand the taste of sweeteners.We have continued to order and see no reason that we would stop buying this cereal.
