Easy set up less then 5mins! Great expandable memory on it, really light weight and has no subscription costs. Got some core memories from it, just before my elderly cat passed away so was great to get that and easily saved onto my device from the swann security app!

Battery life very poor for one of the 2 in the box, fully charged both cameras before installing and one camera has only lasted 16 days.Cameras don’t always capture every moment or receive an alert. I am going to see if JB will exchange as could be faulty

Can't even get this item to activate as it will not accept my email address that I have had for years. So sick of the app saying "use a valid email address"Once I put a password in it won't accept that either.After phoning support I could get no help from them eitherWhat a waste of money this item is. I've lost the receipt from JBHIFI to get my money back.Yeah fool me once, fool me a second time. I will NEVER recommend Swann products to anyone.The outdoor gate opening one we've had nothing but trouble with as well can't even use the "put code in" outside on the gate. Another where we may as well have thrown the money in the garbage.Very VERY, very disappointing that I can't get security from either items from this company
