Great camera / app. Disappointing that for some reason, they always disconnect from the wireless network. To make it worse, to reconnect you have to go through the whole registration process again.

I really wish I could be giving 5 stars but I have just purchased an ADS446 and when using my iPhone 6S plus with iOS 10.3.3 I am unable to use the Pan Tilt function. My case has been escalated to 3rd level support but I am not sure what is being done. I called this morning to inform them that I do not get smart alerts either. I was told that this model does not offer smart alerts even through the advert says it does. I was told that there are only events which means you have to open the app and tap on events. This is not an alert. Was really hoping to have the Smart Alerts as this is why i bought the device so that I would be alerted to someone in my backyard which is the reason I purchased this device. For the price range this camera is excellent, does everything it says it does. After sales service was good as well. Easy to use apps to support it. Don't expect miracles when viewing remotely

We have some security cameras connected to a commercially supplied system. PVR and multiple cameras so used to the quality of video. Not really smart. The Swann camera easily surpasses it for quality. The setup wasn't easy though, perhaps I should have read the manual!
Product works well. Only pitfall is the loud beeping sound it gives off when firmware updates are required. The loud warning sound takes awhile to stop and there is no volume button!!! Other than that good product for price! Delivery was below average as no address was printed on the despatch sticker other than my suburb so Toll had difficulty delivering it!!!!!!
The little camera is quite value for money. Decent built quality. Though it looks completely silver on the photo; the top component is white with a silver base. Had issues setting it up on my wifi network because it doesn't support 5Ghz band, so with the help of Swann I had to resort to 2.4Ghz. Nice picture quality in day light, Infra red vision could definitely do with some improvement. Pan & Tilt is great add on feature and is very smooth and quiet. I would recommend this Camera :)
Received the with high hopes, works very well on the internal network but will die a very fast death once you try to use it out of its native network. Swann have been useless with their support. Buyer beware!
I love this little bit of equipment. I bought it to keep an eye on my puppy and it is amazing how well it works. The technology this little camera is capable of far exceeds its simplistic design and setup. Love it!
Took nearly 2 hours on the phone with Swann to get this camera to work. Is now intermittent in working. If I switch it off and back on again at the wall it seems to fix it. When it is working picture is clear and luckily I only use this to spy on my dogs otherwise it would be useless as home security. If looking for reliable home security look at other cameras!
Wasted a day following the basic instructions which never worked. Had problems with Swann products before, failing after 12 months, this time it didn't even work at all. Swann support told me after 5 days waiting for reply just to reboot it. Buy dlink instead much better. Just Google the problem s had with this
