I also like the fact that it has hardly any negative reviews, so I will certainly not be negative about this generally good supplement.

Today, I was filling my weekly pill organizer and found 3 capsules that were completely empty (or 95 percent empty with one). To me, that sort of quality is unacceptable in a medical product. Perhaps the capsules leaked after filling the bottle, but this should still be a point of quality review. In general, consumers shouldn't have to guess whether the bottle carries 90 capsules or if there might be fewer...thankfully the order was for a 2 pack. fine price for what you get.Also, the order came in much later than was originally communicated. Perhaps this is a Walmart issue and not Swanson, but it was still disappointing that I ran out of my other magnesium glycinate nearly a week ... I'm on my second purchase of this product and have purchased several vitamin and adaptogen supplements from Swanson. I'm very sad and disappointed to notice that their magnesium glycinate contains maltodextrin (a cheap unnecessary filler you'd typically find in junk food, and that will spike your sugar levels)While it is okay to consume fillers and maltodextrin here and there, I'm shocked that this would be an ingredient for some of their products... which people may ingest DAILY (some of their supplements are thankfully maltodextrin-free, and that's why it took a while for me to notice the issue). I sure hope this changes ASAP. Will unfortunately return my products in the meantime.
