I have not yet noticed any visible results as I take this for macular degeneration, maybe there will be some improvement eventually. This is an expensive purchase. If it works, it will become a regular purchase, waiting to see. I also take Lutein along with this product. I would recommend this product, but this is preliminary.

12 mg Astaxanthin in a small soft-gel is a Must !!

The Only vitamin I know that lets us know it’s working is real Niacin // B3. It’s the flush. Astaxanthin work from the inside out without big signs, but I know it’s working. Make sure you make the 12 mg version your everyday pill.

ATAXATHIN . . . A MIRACLE SUPPLEMENT

I love this dosage of Ataxathin!! Are used to have to take three 4mg tablets in the morning. Now I take one 1mg tablet in the morning to assist with my pain management. Many years ago in the local newspaper there was an article by a pharmacist stating that this supplement helped to clear our receptors in our endocrine system. Especially when you took pain pills this would help so the pills would actually do their work. No longer am I on pain pills and this helps greatly with my pain management! This is a fantastic supplement and has many beneficial uses to our bodies!

Good Antioxidant

It is an excellent product that deserves more attention. I read that it is good for metabolism and energy production. I had no problems taking it and feel it helped me in some ways. I will buy some more astaxanthin. OK, I don't have any more details just let me submit this one review. There is nothing more to say. Good flavour and flavour. No concerns. Good delivery.

More Energy

This product was Physician recommended.It has made such a difference in my overall health and wellbeing.I have more energy throughout the day and find myself sleeping less time but with better rest.I am not sure of the science behind the formula, but I can tell you it seems to make everything else I am taking work better allowing me to take less but with the same continued results.

My Preferred Brand

This is another Great Quality Supplement from Swanson. I also have to commend Swanson for their easy to "Open and Use" supplement bottles. Most people overlook this important feature in their reviews, but I really appreciate the safety and convenience of the foil seals Swanson uses. With many other brands, it's a royal pain struggling to remove those thick paper seals that leave behind an unsealable ring on the bottle top (which sheds bits of itself with use). Swanson's foil seals are easy to cut out and leave behind a nice clean foil ring that easily seals the bottle again when the top is put back on. I highly recommend this product.

No melasma in almost 2 years

I have been taking 12 mg of asataxanthin daily for about 2 years. I am pale & live in a sunny hot desert climate, and have struggled with melasma my entire life. I do believe this supplement is why I no longer have any melasma or dark spots. My eyes always feel good also. I’m 49 and highly recommend this product for skin health.

Noticeable Immediately

While I am certain that many supplements are valuable, there are few that seem IMMEDIATELY to have effect. The Astaxanthin is perhaps the ONLY supplement I’ve even begun that gave noticeable results in a day or two. I was impressed, and I continue on it regularly.
