If you have diabetes, this works great. I think it also helps with high blood pressure. If you are like me and don't want the expensive pills that doctors make you take, this is a great alternative and is more natural. . I discovered pills and they changed my life. I'm in the early stages of type 2 and this means I don't get tired when I eat carbs or sugar or when I urinate frequently at night. I only take 1 pill a day, these are the best.
After researching I decided this was the safest for my mother’s sugar, she’s middle aged. She has lost a lot of weight but her sugar was still high despite her eating better. Bitter melon was the safest option naturally and her blood sugar was 150 fasting. She took the bitter melon and it went down to 95 after 45 minutes. It works for me as well in bodybuilding.
