Quality for this inositol is great. Size of the product is very good. I take one in the morning and one at night. Effects is visible after one or two week. I take them with folic acid and niacin. Package is great, easy for everyday use.

I've been taking another brand of inositol regularly, but recently so many products are sold out on the site, I was forced to try this brand. Although I'm not a big fan of Swanson (it makes me thing of TV dinners), it was available and the price was reasonable, so I'm giving it a try. As is the case with many supplements, they need to be taken for quite some time to notice a difference. But I'm hoping for improvement in various areas, especially hair growth and skin condition.
A great supplement to support healthy mental function! Inositol, which belongs to the B vitamins, plays an important role in the growth and functioning of cells, maintaining energy metabolism and maintaining calcium balance at the cellular level. Inositol helps to support the transport of nutrients through cell membranes, affects the production of insulin, serotonin and dopamine. I am happy with this supplement. Try it and you, if you haven't done it yet.
On my blend of Huberman's cocktail with magnesium threonate, theanine, inositol, GABA. Has not corrected my sleep problem, still wake up at 4am fully awake. No drowsy feeling or calmness whatsoever whether taken at bedtime or in the morning. Increasing dosages did not help. Noticed however more focus on short sleep. No noticeable side effects. No vivid dreams, perhaps slightly enhanced recall of mundane dreams. No stomach issues from the magnesium. Will continue taking to see if the benefits can last.
I have PCOS and had been on cycle for so long, and so heavy that I had to have a blood transfusion. I took Provera for 10 days, and on day 12 my cycle started right back up. I felt so defeated,like I was going to bleed to death. I was looking through my vitamins for the iron tablets, and found these - I had forgotten I bought them. I started taking them that night with the iron and vitamin C and the next day my cycle was MUCH lighter, and stopped completely the next day. They hormone regulation effects of Inositol saved my life. I take one, twice daily, and will the rest of my life.
As luck would have it, things do not always workas they should. I tried the Inositol for 3 months and then had my blood drawn to see what the results were. My cholesterol went up 9 points, Triglycerides increased 70 points, VLDL went up 14 points, LDL/HDL Ratio went up .7 and the LDL Choester Calc went down 1 point and the HDL Cholesterol went down 6 points. So everything went the exact opposite of what it should have so no ore Inositol for me.
I was hopeful buying this product, because of the reviews but I'm very regretful for doing so. Unfortunately, this supplement gave me the worst side effects imaginable. I've been experiencing stomach flu like symptoms for the last 48 hours due to taking these. Diarrhea, headache, vertigo, vomiting, chills, rapid heartbeat (112bpm laying down, at rest), ringing of the ears, etc. I'm not sure if the dosage is too high for me, or if I just can't tolerate them. I will be returning the product.
