I usually only buy seafood products from the North Atlantic, this one is just listed as Atlantic. May be slightly hard on the stomach but I crush the tabs and mix with any food and it doesn't bother my finicky stomach at all. Also doesn't change the taste of the food, great in a smoothie ! In my opinion has the right amount of iodine for daily use.
