Great Price, quantity is huge. Perfect size for me. I take 3mg/kg as I shave severe deficiency. It works well for. Consult with your doctor before taking high doses.

I started taking added zinc during the Covid pandemic at the recommendation of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya ad others to take Vitamin D3 and zinc to protect against the virus. I was unvaxxed and only got a mild case in 2022. As a 76 year old who does weight lifting at the gym 3 - 4 days a week I found the zinc also helps my recovery. I originally used another brand but find the Swanson's to be as good at a lower price.

Quality worse than gluconate in another brands.Ingredient said gluconate, but we hesitant it.Cause we have allergen if we drink common zinc citrate.Then when we drink gluconate from this brand, the allergen appears.Size capsule not too big.50 mg.To strength our immunity better drink together with vit C.
