It’s REALLY heavy but the nonstick is probably the best I’ve ever used and it heats really evenly and efficiently.

So I bought a new one and the old one is for meals that don’t need non-stick. I also got 3 of their knives for $7 a piece ... they were worth $200 easily. So I’m a happy camper ... knives are really solid German SS - made in PRC though ...

I love this frypan, I can fry large meals, stew, stirfry, oven bake, a very handy all in one cooking tool.
Delivery prompt, finish excellent but performance very disappointing. We have other frypans we use on our Miele Induction Cooktop which out-perform this pan by miles. Not worth keeping, we would actually like to return it for an alternate make.
We have used this pan daily and sometimes multiple times a day for the past 3 years and the unit looks as new as the day it came from functionality to appearance. This one is a gift.

If you have an induction stove top, you need these pans. It's very important for a pan to have a perfectly flat bottom on these smooth glass top ranges. I've never had a Swiss Diamond pan warp, they stay flat forever! The new non-stick coating is as good or better than any I've ever used. These are the only pans I buy now.
