Quickly Heating The aluminum core in the bottom construction ensures quick and even heat distribution, and the 18/0 steel used on the exterior of the bottom is inherently magnetized, eliminating the need for a separate induction structure in the cookware's base. The exterior of the cookware is elegantly satin-finished, and the bodies of the cookware do not warp even under heavy use. The handles are sturdy and do not heat up when used on the stove (note: always use oven mitts as hand protection when used in the oven!). Oven Safe The cookware and its tempered glass lids withstand oven heat up to 260°C. The edges of the cookware are shaped to allow easy pouring of, for example, sauce into a serving dish with minimal splashes or food stains.
