I Had previous Swiss diamond pans for over 10 years. Purchased this pan about 9 months ago and the non stick coating start to peel off of the pan. Sent in pictures and information through warranty portal but never got a response back for over 1 month. I will never buy another Swiss diamond product. They are not made they they used to be. Find another manufacture and save yourself money being flushed down the toilet!!!

I'm pleased with my purchase. It was easy to brown potatoes the first time I used it. I love that there are no rivets on the inside of the pan. The lid fits well and can be vented. It is a rather heavy pan.
Very nice pan, but much heavier than expected. Slow heat up time due to internal induction-ready metal.
One of the arguments that motivated our purchase was the lifetime warranty advertised by Swiss Diamond. We have purchased several pans and sauté pans that have been in use for about five years now. Soon, despite following the Swiss Diamond recommendations for use and maintenance, the interior coating deteriorated and lost its non-stick properties. Despite sending messages with photos, no reaction from Swiss Diamond, other than to buy new replacements... Is this reasonable?
We love this pan because it holds up great amount of sauce and make if easier to stir pasta with its sauce. Exactly what we are looking for!
It is SO refreshing to cook with a TRUE nonstick pan. I deliberately ordered this pan for its depth. It is simply awesome! The quality, nonstick, depth, and even-cooking of this pan made cooking fun again.
Love the pan. Two handles very appropriate for this size. Easy clean up. Even cooking. Can't say anything bad after using it 3 times.
I now own 3 products and use one of them every day. I have a small sauce pan, 10.5" skillet and this 5.8qt saute pan. If I have a group coming over for something simple like pasta, salad and wine, I can get my ingredients together and make a LOT of pasta sauce. Good quality olive oil, fresh tomatoes (scored-par-boiled-peeled-seeded), some garlic to flavor the oil, red-pepper flakes or Calabrian peppers (Italian) and basil for a light sauce or add some seasoned ground pork for something more. I like to make enough so that I can store some in the fridge or freeze for those nights you don't feel like cooking. This saute pan let's me do that and what I love about the lids is that they have a vent at the knob/handle on top to vent which allows you to vent moisture ... Couldn't be happier with these.
