I have not used my purchase as yet but I have other Swiss diamond products which I am extremely impressed with. I thoroughly love using the other products. With the thicker base there is no warping and I find this helps to sit on my induction hot plates firmly and cooks quickly.

I've had Revere ware....all-clad...calphalon and Le Crueset and I went to a cooking class where the chef was using your cookware. I was more interested in the cookware and how it was cooking the food than I was the demonstration. The pans brown your food and there is absolutely no problem ever, getting them clean. I love the sturdy weight of the pans. I also LOVE the slider valve on the top of the lid that allows you to release steam or contain it; no more sputtering lids! This is the first cookware to really "wow" me! Absolutely LOVE this cookware!!

Even hear distribution, hearts quickly and responsive to the cook top temperature. Having handles on both sides and the large size makes it functional for large amounts of food.
I bought the XD 8.5qt induction pot and it works great on my induction cooktop. No buzzing. Quality is top notch and best of all, cleaning is a breeze. The adjustable steam vent is a nice touch. I am very glad I found out about the Swiss Diamond brand and I will continue to buy these products as I replace older cookware.
