I have several Swiss diamond frying pans and the surface and cleaning is a breeze. They cook sensationaly and hold their heat when up to temperature and are very even heat throughout
Everything made by Swiss Diamond is high quality and it is very hard to use anything else once you use it.

This is an investment but it's a pan you will use every day. It enables you to cook without any oil and cleaning is a breeze. You just have to get used to starting on a low heat.
Best non stick brand, solid even cooking. Love it.
I absolutely love this Saute Pan. It is very well made, the heat distribution is even and it is so easy to clean. The safe to grip handles are also great. I have been a scan-pan user for many years but I find this product is superior.
