These tablets, along with additional Echinacea and Goldenseal, helped me recover. I plan to to continue taking these as I'm 65 and need all the help I can get. So grateful.

I developed a sinus infection and fever within a few days of starting this supplement. It was so severe I went to the doctor and was put on antibiotics. I used to have a hard time taking vitamins and minerals every day That's because every different brand wanted me to take two or three at various times during the day...some with meals, some without, some in the morning, others before bed. These are so easy to remember. I've only been taking them for two weeks, so I'm not sure what boost they're doing. But I do know I feel less sleepy when I wake up in the morning & seem to have more energy. Thanks!
