I can get leg cramps and the naturopathy recommended I take magnesium daily. She advised me to take powdered magnesium because it gets absorbed easier into the body. A scoop of this daily in a glass of water does the trick for me. Recommended!
As far as effectiveness is concerned it seems about as good as any other magnesium powder, but it tastes awful. I hadn't realised it had an artificial sweetener when I bought it or I wouldn't have got it. There's usually a residue left in the bottom of the glass that is just really strong citrus with no sweetener, quite acidic. I definitely won't be repurchasing this.
Solid nights sleep good taste and recharges my system ready to take on the day... Could use more product inside the container... OR an idea ....maybe make the container smaller ... more eco responsible saves on plastic... only 1/4 container full ?! ... unsure why many companies do this with their products... but cant fault the product - would have been 5 star if it wasn't for container ... BUT TASTES GREAT and just what the body needs after a hard day... NOTE: better taken at night before bed!
Tastes like lemonade and I liked it. However after a few days of a-cup-a-day, it seems to be the cause of my stomach discomfort. It feels like bloated guts, and esp. when taken without food it even caused some nausea and drowsiness. Last night I took this before bed, on an almost empty stomach, and woke up a few hours later to a strong feeling that I was gonna vomit, even though it subsided after a few minutes. If your digestive system as sensitive as mine, then I'd highly recommended you take this with/after a good meal.As for the benefits, the vitamins and minerals seem to do their job. I really would have become a regular user if not for the discomfort.

I suffer from insomnia and restless legs. Someone suggested magnesium supplements for my legs. I tried a few brands and none worked. I tried this and no only did it stop my restless legs but it actually helps me sleep a bit better. I would never be without it now. I'm on my 6th bottle and I honestly can tell a difference when I run out or forget to take it.
