These are small capsules so i find it easy to take them everyday. I have felt relief from discomfort so i think they do really work, especially if you don’t often eat things with probiotics.

Easy to take as they are smaller than the usual probiotics
Bought these online, when they arrived I was shocked. The pills are tiny, which is fine, but why are they in such a big glass bottle? It is so unbelievably wasteful!! The expiry is in a year from now so I don't understand why only 30 are included? You could put 150 in the bottle and make better use of it and charge a higher price or even use a smaller bottle!! I really hope I don't like these because I will never buy them again
