These are great when you cannot sleep, i live on adrenalin with my job and this is great when you are completely wound up to prepare you for a relaxed and calm sleep- berry flavour not too bad
Didn’t note a significant difference to my sleep habits after two weeks of use. Worth a go though if you’re really suffering. You never know it might work for you.
Being a shift worker thought these would be ok, worked for my wife but not for me so back to looking for something stronger
The taste was absolutely horrible. I thought they would taste great like the hair, skin and nails Swiss gummies but not even close. Had 2 gummies and the rest are sitting in my drawer ready to throw away. I would stay away from these as I am sure there are better alternatives.
