A must have

I have been learning a lot about all the positive benefits of magnesium and I think it's something everyone should be taking. Magnesium is great because it helps to calm and relax the body. With my stress levels quite high magnesium tablets are great for helping with my overall mood. The tablets are quite large but I like to take them with juice which makes it easier to swallow. I personally like to take these at night because it makes me a bit sleepy and much more relaxed. If you exercise or play sports I would say this is also good because it helps with muscle cramps.

Bone strength

I began taking Calciun, Magnesium + Vit. D3 after breaking my femur. This combination was recommended to enhance my bone strength.

Solid product. No aftertaste. Bigger size capsule but does the job. I purchase this in bulk when chemist warehouse are running a sale

Great for aching legs

I tend to get sore aching legs so my doctor recommended I take magnesium to help that and it has done wonders. Since taking these tablets I have really notice the difference and I rarely get those aches and pains.The tablets themselves are really large and yellow in colour. I fnd that they don't have a taste but I do need a load of water to get them down it can feel like they're stuck in my throat which isn't too pleasant.They are also always on sale which is amazing.Tips:Take them immediately after a mealIdeal For:Anyone who suffers from aching legs or muscles

Magnificent Magnesium

I have been taking Swisse brand Magnesium for years in the evening before bed. I suffer from mental ill health, and I feel like the magnesium assist with my muscles relaxing as having anxiety means I am tense all the time and unable to relax. Swisse is my brand of choice for vitamins and minerals.

Pretty good

Still doing a comparison with another magnesium product (Go healthy Go magnesium 800).Initial results suggest the latter is more effective, taken as recommended, at preventing night-time leg muscle cramps.

Relief from cramps

I’ve been taking these Suisse Magnesium tablets daily for over a year now & haven’t had even one bad leg cramp since. Prior to taking these Magnesium tablets I would have many crippling cramps every month particularly in bed at night. Would recommend them highly if you suffer from cramps.

On advice from my GP and another health practioner I started taking these about 6 months ago. I was having terrible cramps in my legs every night as well as suffering from anxiety. Very effective supplement

As an older male (60), I have been doing regular workouts and initially found that I was cramping easily. A PT instructor recommended this particular magnesium product. A short time after taking them, the cramps disappeared and have never returned. I take one tablet daily.
